Before placing an order, please use the official website of SF Express to check the delivery range, or contact the service hotline of SF Express in each district.

You can cancel the order for no extra cost  before we shipping the packages .

If you filled in the wrong address or wrong recipient name, you can cancel the order before we shipping the packages then place a new order.

 

  Please note:

 

*Please fill in with English FULL NAME in recipient except you're in Hong Kong and Macao area.

*Please double check whether filling in the correct recipient address in case the packages will be returned.

*Please fill in the correct email address otherwise you may not receive the shipping notification mail with the tracking number.



PAYMENT METHOD


LINKOMM only accept credit card for the payment now. (VISA, MasterCard, JCB)

For verification of security while online purchasing, you may be directed to a 3D Secure authentication by your bank.

Make sure they have the correct contact details for you just in case they use SMS or email for authentication.



TRACKING ORDER


After you’ve placed an order, we are going to email you with all the details. 

Once your order was set, you'll receive an email with the tracking number.

Depending on your location and selected delivery method, it can take 2 – 7 business days for your package to arrive.

We always aim to deliver your package within the time specified, but sometimes it may delay a few days due to customs clearance or failed payments.



 

DUTIES & TAXES

 

All international packages may be subject to duties and taxes.

You may be charged duties and taxes of the packages while items arrived customs.

Please check your local customs website for more information.               

 


RETURN & REFUND

 

If the product does not meet your expectations, please contact LINKOMM customer service for the return or refund within 7 days of receiving the package. 

We accept returns/refund within 7 days since the packages were signed.

Please contact the LINKOMM customer service then sent back the packages.

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, the items will be processed by our returns team.

If item is intact and is not damgaed during the shipping, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 days of receipt.

Refunds can take up to 10 working days, depending on your credit card payment provider.

 

   Please note:

 

*The return items must be unused, undamaged, and with the intact original packing.

Before sending returned items, taking a photo of items and contact LINKOOM customer service is necessary.

If you send back the returned product without our consent, LINKOMM may not be able to accept your return and refund.

We reserve the right to take legal action against you if the items you return don't match what you ordered.

 

*Customer needs to pay for return shipping. 

LINKOMM will not afford the return shipping unless the package arrives damaged or faulty when delivered to you.

Please contact with us and provide the images of the items so that LINKOMM can help the process of return or refund efficiently.
